30 Days of Blogging: What People Do Not Understand About Me
I think that one thing that people always wonder about me is why I constantly have to be busy. I sometimes step back and wonder why I do it to myself. I guess I have been raised by 2 parents who don't know how ot say no to anything...and I got that gene for sure! I wish I could just do one or 2 things in life and feel satisfied but I don't want to miss out on anything. I feel like saying no to something that may be interesting to me is giving up an opportunity. This is why I try to squeeze out every minute of every day out of my life.
I also think that people don't think I have time for them and that isn't true at all. I am always busy but people don't realize that my friends mean more to me than anything else in the world. If I know that someone is having a get together I will likely at least find a way to stop by. Often people don't even invite me because they think I will be too busy to come. I will find a way to put family and friends above all else if I am given that opportunity.
Last but not least, I don't think that people realize how much I internalize things and take things to heart. I don't share my emotions much but when something bothers me it often eats at me for quite a while. The last thing I ever want to do is to disappoint or hurt someone else so if I feel I have done that it eats at me. I just want everyone to be HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY...even it that means that I'm not so happy.
There you have it...some of the things you don't know about me. :)

30 Days of Blogging: My Favorite Thing to Do on Sunday
My favorite thing to do on Sunday is to go to church and spend time with family. During the spring and summer I love grilling out and spending time with family and friends in the yard. (Maybe even the occasional nap.)
Unfortunately I don't do this as much as I would like to. I usually am too tired to get up to go to church. (This is the one day of the week that i get to sleep in...not that this is an excuse.) On top of that, I usually work on Sundays as it is one of the only days that I am available every week.
I'm pretty excited about Easter Sunday because most of my family is coming to our church and while we won't all get to have a meal together (due to us all growing up, getting married or dating, and having multiple families to spend time with) we will get to spend time together throughout the day. I'm hoping maybe it's nice enough that after lunch we can all take a nap or something and get together at our house and spend time playing games in the yard and grill. A girl can dream...but knowing the Nebraska weather...we may have snow that day.
What are your favorite things to do with your Sundays? Do you have any exciting plans for Easter? I would love to hear about it!!

30 Days of Blogging: Share Your Favorite Workout Routines (And Why You Love Them)
Well...do you want me to pretend that I work out a lot? No...that would be a lie and since it's almost Easter...but I am TERRIBLE about working out. I like to be outside so walking outside is always nice for me but walking takes too much time...and I'm definitely short on time. I'm guilty of not wanting to sweat so that is a downfall for me. I don't mind dancing or playing Wii games that make me work a bit but that isn't much for a good workout.
Maybe I'll re-visit this when I am able to start working out again. LOL
A+ for honesty right?? HAHA!

30 Days of Blogging: These Are a Few of My Favorite Things, About Spring
I love seeing the colors of summer on their way back! Green grass, colorful flowers, and blue skies bring a smile to my face. Planting the garden for the summer is also a happy sign of warmer weather coming.
I love grilling out (or making my husband grill rather) and spring marks the time that he's willing to stand out there and do it. Maybe part of this is the fact that I don't have to cook when we grill. :) I prepare everything and he does the grilling while I get to sit back, relax and maybe even have a few drinks.
Sandals, shorts, capris, and short sleeved shirts. :) I love getting to dress with 4 less layers!! Getting to pull out my much more comfy spring and summer clothes make me happy!!
There you have it! Just a few of my favorite things about spring! I can't wait until it comes...and STAYS this time! :)

30 Days of Blogging: My Biggest Fear
Well my instinct is to think of my biggest physical fear is needles...eek! Just thinking of them gives me the heebie geebies! I do have to say that I did make some strides towards getting over this TWICE now. My mom had complications with a hysterectomy when I was a freshman in high school and almost didn't live due to internal bleeding. She got 10 units of blood which saved her life. I've now donated blood twice to help give back what helped to save her life. I've promised myself that I would at least replace the units of blood that helped to save her in my life and maybe by then I'll be able to continue. (I still get VERY sick to my stomach and tremble in fear when I do this but I've done it more than once so I'm doing better...)
You never know who's life you will change!
My biggest non-physical fear is to regret saying or doing something or not saying or doing something. You just never know what will happen in life. I'm always afraid that I will do something and wish I hadn't or not have the time to do it. Or even not say something I wish I had before it is too late. It's been all too apparent that you never know when someone's life will be cut short especially in the past few months and you always wish you would have said something to them before they're gone. I just hope that it's never something major. I also want to do as much as I can in life before it's my time. I want to do so many things and never want to put them off in hopes or expectations that I will do them later. I may not have a lot of time in this world and I want to make an impact while I'm here!

30 Days of Blogging: Your Goals for the Month
1. Finish This Link-Up
Seems minimal right? Well with my schedule thinking of getting on here every day will be hard but dang it...I'm gonna do it!
2. Finish My Photo a Day Challenge
Just one more thing to keep updated on every day but if I check them both at the same time I should keep on track!
3. Get Everything in My Living Room Unpacked
Ugh...I hate moving but I hate all of the boxes still in my living room more! One room at a time and in no time I'll have everything in it's place and a place for everything. It feels good to get rid of some of the junk I'm lugging around for no reason and the boxes of things I've gotten rid of already are proof of that.
4. Get All of My CDs and DVDs Put on Their Shelves (in Alphabetical Order...)
This may seem minimal but if you could see all of them you would understand...maybe I'll post pics when this is done!
5. Start Sorting ALL of the Scentsy Family Stuff I Have Scattered Through My House
Again...seems minimal but there are boxes of boxes of boxes of Scentsy Family items and a whole room dedicated to it that I need to get organized, I'm hoping to get everything at least separated and in the process of making a plan of how to put it back in there.
6. Figure Out What to Do With Our Yard
Ugh! I hate the yard at this house (maybe because my parents took care of the first one and did all of the landscaping etc for me before we got married or even lived together.) I just want to scrap it all and start over but that isn't an option. We just need a game plan of how we are going to make this new yard work! No complaints on the amount of space we just need to get it into tip top shape now.
7. Plan My Next Scentsy Family Team Meeting
I feel bad that I haven't had much time for the lovely ladies and gentlemen on my Scentsy Family team and I need to change that. I need to plan out a time to get together with all of them and catch up and help all of us get motivated to get out there and get our businesses back up and running full steam ahead.
8. Get EVERYTHING Moved
The rest of our things are sitting in the garage now but I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel now.
9. Get My Kitchen Table Moved In
This is what will happen if I get my living room unpacked and cleaned and the walls painted.
10. Stock My House With Groceries
This seems like a tiny thing but if you think about the fact that I haven't shopped for groceries in MONTHS it is pretty big. Gonna cost me a lot but it will bet worth it to have something to eat at home and not have to eat out all the time. I just look forward to looking in the fridge and not wondering what on earth I might be able to eat.
Check back tomorrow for more fun!!
